My grandmother has pagdi system house which was her mother house which is on name of her(grandmother) now can it be transfer to her 4 children name.she want to give it to her daughter as she is unmarried but my elder uncle has passed away but his children s are not ready for it ,my father n youngest uncle r ok n thy don't have issue to if my grandmother transfer her house on name of my aatya(her daughter). So I have only 2 questions. 1. If house is transfer on name of my aatya can anyone challenge it in court wht will be result of it. 2. Can it be transferred on name of her all four childrens is it possible n whn building is redeveloped at that time also can it be done
You can transfer to daughter. If any person challenges then that person cannot succeed.Because property is not ancestral property.
Property interest can be transferred to four persons. But on record as a tenant only single person can look into the property management on behalf of others.
