Can One Owner Write A Will In Joint Property
11-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
There is jointly owned house of my father and brother ssle deed has both their names. But my father has written a will mentioning full property in my name. But my brother wants to challenge the will in court and cancell it. He is not allowing me to sell the property .is it possible for him to challenge on basis of sale deed.my father expired last month. We are a hindu family.
It depends what kind of property was it. Was it your father’s own self acquired property?
What was the age of your brother when he was made party to the sale deed etc
Once these details are shared can suggest on the property
