is your parents want to make a will in favour of you then you have to take a probate of the said will after the death of your parent (who is making the will) from the competent authority and after that you will become the owner of the property but so far your sisters are concerned they cannot claim over the property after the death of your parents, but they can contest the probate case to prove the will as suspicious or there is another situation that if during the lifetime of your parent he make any transfer of the property to the third person ought to your sister then you will get nothing after the death of your parents so so you have to take precautions while drafting the will.
