Can I transfer property in my name before death of my father?
02-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Me and my father had a m.o.u in court stating that I will inherit his properties after his death 15 years ago. Now my father is 104 years old and going strong.
Now I am in dire need of money due to this coronavirus situation, I don't even have enough money to eat food and my father won't sell this property to help me.
My question is can anything be done in my situation so that I can get ownership of anyone of the properties?
please help me if their is anything that can be done
hello client as you are saying tht you and your father have allready complied a MOU stating tht after the death of your father you will be inheriting the owner ship of all his properties of your father in preaent condition you are having only very few options left in your hand to take ownership of your fathers property. in present situation you are having an option to move to court for the rights of your fathers property.
