I Bought a 13,000 Sqft Reveue Land in 2010 on my name as I don't Had Pahani So The Seller Bought a Dummy Door Number & Khata Extract from The Municipality By Paying Them Bribe I Wasnt aware Of This And Later The Regiteration Was Made On My name at Sub registrar Office I paid Him The Full Amount and later in 2016 The Seller Sent Me The Legal Notice That I am Trying To Con His Land & Submited His Running Pahani & Rtc To The Court No The Original Suit is At plaintiff Evidence stage & even though He the seller applied for permanent infection Court granted a Temporary injunction till 10/12/2018 and I Have a Fear of losing My Land So I Was Thinking That Can I transfer This Land To My Sisters Name as a Gift Deed When The Case Is at District Court As Court Dint Sent any Official Notice To Sub registrar Yet ?

Without looking into the documents no proper advice can be given. It is better you appear through an advocate in the case and contest the case. Further in respect of your query, I would advice you not to gift the property to your sister considering the case is pending. Uf you do so there is a definite chance that she too will be made a party in the case. ಈ would suggest you to contact me for legal assistance in this regard by furnishing the necessary documents.
