Can I stop my father from selling self acquired property

01-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My father got his part of my grandfather's property after the latter's death. & He got his name registered in the Nagar Nigam as the tax payer. Now he wants to sell the whole property , What should I do to stop him from doing so ? Can he sell the property without consulting me ? & What do I do if he sold it without my knowledge ??

No,u can not stop him from selling it.He is the sole owner of this property. In urban areas name entry in Nagar Nigam register is the only basis of title on the same.U can not do anything if he doesn't consult u and knowledge doesn't reach u.The court declines in such cases.
