Can I sell my purchased land in favour of not registered institute

Sir,
I had purchased a Land in the name of my institute "Sparsh Biswa Vidyalay" as an Institute Manager but my institute is not registered yet. Now the land seller crating problem and I had decided to sell that property and move to somewhere else.
In pointwise
1. I had purchased property in favour of my institute name and keep my self as manager of my Institute.
2. My institute is not registered yet.
3. I want to sell that land now.
4. Location is Varanasi, Utter Pradesh, 221011 India. Land was agricultural land
5. Can I sell that land? If yes then please suggest me how to sell that land as it is in my institute's name which is not registered.
the person who is authorised by that institute can execute sale deed and the purchaser get it mutated in his name on the land records.
