Can I keep the money received from selling a plot through POA

Dear Sir one of my relative execute a power of attorney of a plot in my favour and give me sell power and to use the money. Now I want to know if I sell this property then whether can I keep this amount or I have to give it to my relative ( grantor or principal of attorney ) . If I keep this money then who will pay capital gain. Please help me to know according to legal aspect who will keep the money principal or attorney holder (agent or grantee) . please explain it in detail
