When I'm 17 my parents had sold property which is named by me without my permission they sold it is only survive for my future life how can I get it back my property
when a property was sold for the future prospectus of the child and for the welfare of the child the sale is valid and court shall also consider the same and you can seek your guardian that what are the expenses incurred over such sale consideration
