Can I claim share in father property If I have not signed kharedikhat

I m hindu. My father sold his (self earned) house. I signed on Sathekhat. But I refused to signed on Kharedikhat. Can I claim my share in that house?
Dear Querist, Whether your name is on the revenue records or property card or 7/12 extract, if no. it would not make any difference. Your father can legally sell and you dont have any share in the said property.
