Can I challenge acquisition proceeding if court order in my favour

28-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
We purchased a land in the year 1990,sale deed, mutation order everything was done .My fathers name got entered in the records of rights register. But due to tehsil employess fault are name dint got entered in the khatauni. So previous owner name got forward to.After some year this piece of land got acquired .We instantly filed a writ in high court which gave us a stay on our sale deed and enteries in records of right.we filed another writ in revenue court in high court that where is name of us gone and why it dint got entered in the khatauni and to remove all the name of kda as well as previous owner .The high court after seeing all are enteries true ordered the collector to rmove the name of kda and issue a khatauni of our name to us.We finally got our name as owner of land.Mt question is this do we need to challenge acquistion prooceedings now as the name of kda as well as others have been removed by the honourable high court as they knew we are d owners prior to notification

As per current act of land acquisition 2013, compensation as to acquired land must go to the owner prior or at the time of notification. In fact ur name couldn't get entered in revenue record due to lapse on the part of office concerned. Now everything is clear u r the sole owner of the land at the time of acquisition and record is corrected. So u must once again move to the high court u/s 63 of the land acquisition act 2013 and get a writ, order or command issued to the competent authority to allocate the payment of compensation in ur favour.
