Sir me sc cast se hu Mene Sasural valo par 498 ki he to mere sasur ne mere pati ko apni property mese nikal diya he news pepper me bhi de diya he our vo mere bete ko bhi kuchh bhi denese inkar kar rahe he to mere 6 saal ke ladke ka mere saas sasur ki property me hissa mil sakta he agar milsakta he to kya me abhise case fail kar sakti hu? Pls sir meri help kijiye me bohot taklif me hu

Agar property tumhare sasur ki apni he to unhe adhikar he wo jisko chahe de, chahe na de. Agar wo pustaini he to use me tumhare pati ka hakk rahega aur uspe tumhara aur tumhare bete ka bhi.
