CAN FATHER MAKE WILL OF ANCESTRAL PROPERTY HELD IN UP TO DELHI IN THE NAME OF SON

Father (current owner of the ancestral property) and his children have equal ownership rights over the property. Father has no right to make will and the son can claim his share on the Anc. property. According Hindu Succession Amendment Act, 2005 , the daughter can claim in the ancestral property for her share.
