Hi,

Firstly on the death of the POA giver, the power of attorney comes to an end.

Secondly, is the property owned by a Goan? If the property is owned by a Goan then her share will go to the heirs.

If the Owner is not Goan, next question which religion he belongs to? Accordingly further I will be able to give my comments.
