I am married muslim woman we are 4 brothers and sisters my mother got expired 20 years back now my brothers making trouble can I claim my share in my mother's ancestors property
Yes, you can claim share over your mothers property after her demise. The shares will get as per mohamaden law. The said propertis could not be sold by her mother by registered Deeds. Then the brothers and sisters are jointly entitle for their respective shares.
