Can a spouse use a Notarized Power of Attorney dispose off property ?

30-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
A and B are married to each other. They buy a property in joint name in Karnataka. B gives a Notarized POA to handle the property and sell if necessary. So can the spouse A sell the property to a interested party and register it to the new party using the said notarized power of attorney.

No , as per the recent supreme Court guidelines one can't transfer property through power of attorney and even if sale was made such sale is invalid , even if it's registered however in some case the facts matters.
