Can a residential appartment be purchased in other state

Religion- Hinduism. My query is that ,based on my adhar adress of Kolkata(permanent residential adress), can i buy a residential apartment in Zirakpur or Mohali, and get it registered on my name under the property areas juridiction.If it is possible, then will i be able to change my present adhar adress in the new property's adress?
Dear there is no problem in purchasing the property in mohali / Punjab, yes you can definitely change your address on adhar card after giving the parmanent address proof of your current residence , you can get the property registered at your name.
