Can PVT LTD company enter into lease agreement for livestock and nursery farm. The land is agricultural land in karnataka
If the land is in karnataka the comoany cannot enter into agreements or lease with the landowner.
It is barred by law. You cannit even purchase the land as a company you can make a lease agreement with a lessee with sub lease clause in the agreement.
