Can a person sell property without POA

29-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
"A" got the property from "B" through registered PoA. Then B cancelled PoA without notifying A. Now "A" sell the property to his wife. Can A do that?

A power of attorney can be revoked at any point of time if the same is not irrevocable as per the agreement and has not been given for some special purpose. Hence, in the present case if the special conditions are not present and the cancellation of power of attorney has been done in appropriate manner before the sale of property to A's wife then the cancellation would be valid and sale to A's wife would be void.
