Can a minor claim right in grandfathers property

02-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear Sir, I married Pavan and have a son whose age is 10 months now. I am professional. My husband is totally irresponsible and not at a taking care of me or my child. I am growing up by child with my salary. I asked his elders to write the property on my son's name as a inheritance. As he is totally irresponsible and expensive. His elders also spent a lot and selling the property one by one by spending huge for their enjoyments. I can be able to take care of my kid but I don't want to leave property to them who are irresponsible at my kid. Moreover they are mentally torcher me for my salary as I amusing that for my kid and saving some for his future education. As they are not yet all caring my words and torcher me a lot mentally for salary, I would like to claim property which has to be come to my kid legally. Please advise me in this matter. Regards

Yes you can file a case in court stating that your husband is irrseponsible and now as you are blessed with a child for safeguarding his future you can clame a share in the property and you can get it registered
