can a married daughter claim father's property if there is no will

Please intimate that whether a married daughter of a father can occupy her father's whole house after his death, even his sucsessorl son is alive in case at the death time her married daughter was with him & she serviced her father at his last life days. The father had not done any will of his house before his death.Thanks.

See if the father has died intestate that is without making a will then the property would be inherited as per the Hindu Succession Act. Hence, in the present case, if you have a brother and no other class 1 legal heir then your father's properties would be divided equally between you and your brother.
