Can a builder sell the parking spot separately

Hi Sir I have purchased a flat in a new construction building. My registration sale deed does not have any parking slot mentioned. Now builder is selling us stilt parking spaces for additional cost. Can I legally buy and register stilt parking slot. Builder is giving me allotment letter also for the same. Since society is not yet formed can it dissolve the allotment or my ownership to stilt parking slot will stay valid. Since I have read that builder cannot sale parking or open slots and society only can allot the same to members.This is for Mumbai - Maharashtra State.
as per law, builder can't sale the stilt parking due to to it is included in the society space and it is society responsibility to provide the parking space those member has no parking space in society. for further detail call me from this site aaddress.
