Can 2nd wife of father claim property in the name of son from 1st wife

06-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
My father has second wife after my mothers death. I am son of first wife of my father and on my name my father and mother bought agricultural land 8 acre from my grandmother in 2001. but at that time my age was 11 so with me, father name was also there as supporting one. In 2011 my mother got demise and in 2012 my father got married 2nd time. In 2014 my father has done one apiduate to remove his name from supporting one as i already crossed 18 yrs as i was of 24 at 2014. So now my father has already applied second wife name on bunglow with me. My father has another land of 1 acre. So can second wife claim for property (agriculture land 8 acres) that which i have?

As her name is present in the papers now it is better to remove her name from the papers by getting a relinquishment deed executed by her in your favor and get the deed registered so that everything is in order.
