Can a person by executing a registered will disinherit his son from ancestral property.? Does such will legally ok.?
No you cannot disinherit your son from the ancestral property by executing a Will. For descendants, be it a daughter or son, an equal share in such a property accrues by birth itself. Thus it is not possible to disinherit them
