My mother has an property which she wishes to sell. Can I buy the same from her buy taking a bank loan to acquire the same? Is it feasible enough? I am 24 years old and salaried individual.
yes you can then but if you want to do sale deed then stamp duty will be much higher than the gift deed so before that you can speak with your mom about it and then make decision about it where you will purchase it from your mom or else she will do a gift deed from it.
