Buying agricultural land from NT B cast personal Beldar cast.

I am in general category. Wanted to buy land from a NT B cast personal.
In future wanted to start industry on this land. By taking proper permissions from authority and LIKE NA AND NOC. Can I buy that land?
Is there any restrictions for usage of land for industrial purpose?
You can purchase land for industrial purpose.Landed properties of Scheduled Castes person's are barred by Law for purchase.You are purchasing land from NT(B).
But Landed properties other than agriculture purpose not allowed to purchase but subject to certain exceptions.
Therefore you must have put that Land use into industrial purpose and get permission from appropriate authority under Maharashtra Agricultural and Tenancy Act under section 63(1)A.
And also need to pay to Government.
