Builder constructed more flats in contravention to the agreement

i have booked flat in aug 2014 ,on 1st floor where only 4 flats were on 1st floor. now in april 2017 builder has built one more flat without our consent. we got affected because of newly built flat, in agreement it is mentioned that builder can change plan. please help me as our flat got affected due to this
In agreement it is mentioned that builder can change the plan. Whether the agreement is registered .i think the agreement is registered. U signed that agreement .when u signed the agreement thats u read the agreement and u agree fpr it. Now u cannot complaint..
