brothers of deceased husband transfer his share to them without asking

My grandfather was having 3 acers of land and after my father death it was transfer to my uncels name and they wrote that my brother sister has no objection but my uncel didnt ask our family soo if my father is dead then should they transfer it without asking my mom is it legal or should they ask us before transfering for any objection

Yes, your uncle was required to obtain your consent for the said transfer in writing. Thus, as he has not obtained any signature of you or your mother or sister, the said transfer is invalid. You can file a suit for partition in the jurisdictional civil court.
