Brother died interstate want to distribute his property

sister and brother both of their parents are dead after their mothers death a Room in Mumbais chawl aquired by brother and he became the owner on papers he's got married after 3 years of marriage brother also expired now the question is who will be the owner of that room? both his sister and wife or only his wife? or only his sister? at present sisters age is 26 and brother died at 28
This is my response to you:
1. The claim will first go to the wife since she is not Class I legal heir of person who died;
2. If wife waives off her claim then the sister will get the claim on the property;
3. If the wife has children they also shall get the claim.
