Brother died interstate want to claim his property

My brother died on 1988 and my mother and father are both died on later 1995. Now can I clame the property left my brother according to Muslim law?
yes you can easily claim the property left by your deceased brother, as your mother and father are both dead. but if the family i.e. wife and children of your brother is alive then the property would belong to them.
