grandmother died intestate in 2010 leaving a house and is survived by 7 children. all alive except eldest, daughter. house is not partitioned, municipal and power bills continued on grand mothers name till Dec 30 2019. unknown to rest of the siblings, second son managed to register a deed releasing 1/3rd each from his two sons to himself. using the release deed he got municipal record of house mutated to his name. what crimes did he commit? cheating? criminal breach of trust? how to revert the release deed and mutation? second child, lives in house.
