British husband property in mumbai

hi , i m unmarried hindu girl age 33 , planning to get married to british citizen boy in near future . He have one property in mumbai as first applicant and second applicant is his sister who is unmarried and british citizen too . My query is will there be any right on mumbai poroperty after his dealth or will it get transfer to his sister ?
This is my response to you:
1. You will also get rights over the wife because you are class I legal heir;
2. But it is better if he makes a Will in your favour;
3. He can also register the Will so that nobody tampers with it;
