Booked commercial property builder not giving possession

Sir,I have booked two offices with a construction company of 3.5 lacs each and I have paid all installments except last installment of 56000 ,bcoz I came to know that builder did not have NOC and it's registry can't be done.from that day ,my property has in it's past condition and I have no right over it officially and doesn't have registry done of my property.plz help
Hi, Please consult an advocate with presenting all the documents like your agreement of term and condition. Payment details etc. If you have an agreement of sell or commitment to sell and you can proceed for any legal action. or provide me the said documents for a better suggestion.
