BBA DELAYED BY MORE THAN 4 MONTHS

I have booked flat through IC to a reputed builder in Greater Noida. I have paid the 10% of booking amount via bank cheque clearing. Now its approx 5 months passed but BBA is not executed. Builder and broker is keep saying over email that my booking is under process and BBA will be get done in due course. It gets delayed because of some technical issues. But they are not providing any clear information about the technical issues. What should I do now? I don't want money back but needs to get the BBA done.
you should file a complaint in rera for this as it is negligence and intentional fraud from the side of builder, you can also fill a criminal complaint under sec 406 and 420 of IPC in court and ed for this act of your builder and can make the broker also party in it. you ofcourse will be able to take possession back then.
