Bank is asking to provide Chain of agreements from 1989. How to get it

I have purchased fresh flat from builder in 2009. Bank is asking for all the agreements from 1989. From where it can be obtained?

2. Then the bank need not ask for old documents;
3. If it is old project and you are availing loan then you may need to find the trace of all documents;
