Aunt sold ancestral property, can injunction be taken on the same?

31-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My grand father 4 brothers . one of the brother had only one daughter who had got married in 1956. For his share of ancestral property he made a will 2/3rd in favor of his two nephews ie my father and his cousin brother and 1/3rd to be there for the maintenance of her wife till alive and later to transferred to my father and uncle equally. In 1992 he passed away. From 1993 My uncle and my father started cultivating the land and applied for grant of Administration in 93 . since everything was peaceful and due to poor follow up the case was not pursued and closed by district court in 2000 .Later on daughter got her Mother to sign and transfer property to her as mother died in 2001. Used it to get mutation done in her favor and immediately tried to sell the ancestral property at 1/10th price to some local in village. My father & uncle refiled the case in 2004 ( since then barren). Case going slowly .Now that local is trying to cultivate. Can we apply for Injunction.

I really need to go through all the documents including, copy of WILL, the document signed by mother towards transfer of property in her daughter name and other relevant documents. As it will be difficult for me to advice. You can file for injunction, but still have to review documents. You can call me for further assistance.
