Ancestral property transfering to only uncle not icluding me

My grandmother is trying to transfer her property which is ancestral to my uncle then how i can appeal for my share
You have provided very less information. I will tell you how to proceed. First of all prepare a family tree of your family. As you have told it is an ancestral property then your share will arise out of your father's share in the respective property. If your father share's the ancestral property with your uncle then he will also amount to share of the property arising out of the ancestral property.
