ancestral property transfer related issues from father to daughter

05-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
I am 55 year married woman. I am the only daughter. My father has approximately 8 acres of land that is ancestral property. He transferred some properties to his brother without my and my mother consent. Is the transfer is valid? Can we claim on that? 2nd question is my Father can make a will on ancestral property? Is that valid? He doesn't have any own property. Now his condition is not good. If he makes will it will be valid?

In an ancestral property your father and uncles have equal share in the property. If the specific property is an self acquired property then you and your mother needs consent. He can make a will that his share in property will be bequeathed to you.
