Ancestral property share right to daughter
19-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
Do daughter get ancestral property share where father died before 2005 and grand-father died after 2005.
In my case father died before grand father and grand father had neither made any deed/will nor distributed his property to his legal heirs.
yes daughters born before 2005 have equal rights to claim in ancestorial property , if it's grand father self acquired you can't claim during his lifetime and even he have rights to dispose property for the persons he wishes.
