Ancestral property share grandfather is catholic sale deed exists

23-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather a roman catholic bought a land on which existed a house. The sale deed exists for this on his and his mothers name. On the same land he built a bungalow next to the existing house. He had 1 brother and 1 sister. In those days when the surveyor came to survey the land, in the absence of my grandfather, the brother told the surveyor that half of the land belongs to him. The property card thus has the brothers name included along with my grandfather. My grandfather has 5 children, his brother has 4 children, and the sister has 2 children. My grandfather and his wife, the brother and his wife are deceased. Who gets what share in the land/and or the houses on the land?

Your grandfather brother name was recorded as owner of the half share of the property. How many years before this happened. If more than 12 years then the half part of the property belongs to your garndfather brother. Your grandfathet was owner of the half part of the property . Both r deceased their part goes to their heir that means your grandfather 5 children r owner of the half part of the property and all have equal part .
