Ancestral property division. How to proceed ?

29-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
My father has three sons. I am the eldest son. All are married and have kids . My father is also asking for his share in property and he wants to hand it over to the youngest son. Now I want a equal share in property, but the problem is that i don't know how much land and jewellery are there in the Ancestral property because all those are in my brothers locker so what should I do now. And can my father ask for his share?

dear friend , if property is ancestral then your father has a right to equal share you are also has a right to equal share
but if property is self acquired (by your father )then it is only on his will .

file partition suit
