Ancestor Property rights for the grand sons can be claimed

we have 4.22 acres of agricultural land My grand father Expired when my father is at age of 2 years at that time there was no written will. the property was later acquired by my fathers elder brother with out any notice to my father. after my father marriage our family relocated to Hyderabad and now we got to know the property which he was acquired was our ancestors. i have took all link documents from revenue office and the link was perfectly matched. is there possibility for the right to acquiring the land as a grandson. the link was 1986 document was my grand father name later it was changed to my fathers elder brother

yes you have right to claim your share from your grandfathers propert being grand son. if your documents reflects your grandfather name in revenue records. you can visit our office with all relevant documents
