10-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I have purchased a proprty on loan but erroneously not entered my name as Co owner in Property Registration. The property is in my fathers name. Although I am co borrower and I pay the emis in full. Can I make an ammendment to include my name as co owner in a Rectification deed, as Gift deed wud again attract charges.

You have right to enter your name as Co owner and you can amend the deed also by way of rectification or you can get back that by way of gift also. For further information you have to contact with advocate
