Agreement to sale Vs Sale Deed

I have completed my agreement to sale for a resale property few days back and I found some errors on that because of that I have to do the correction deed again. So I do not want to do the sale deed with the same advocate. So below are my questions based on that I can take a decision:
1. Can I go for different lawyer to do the sale deed (i.e. Agreement to sale and Sale deed will be done with different lawyer)
2. Can I go for different Haveli for my sale deed (i.e. Can Agreement to sale and Sale deed be done in different Haveli)
This is my response to you:
1. Yes you can select another lawyer;
2. An agreement to sell need not be corrected;
3. If you do wish then make deed of Rectification;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
