Hello sir am parvin, In residence area someone constructing convention hall, is this legally approved
no it is not legal but the person might have obtained permission from the local authority. To question the same some residents in the neighborhood should come together and obtain an order from the court . the permission or licence to construct such a premises cannot be given without planning of area.
