Hi. Am Hindu.... My father expired 2014.. I am staying with my mom.... My siblings r not staying together...I Wana know after my dad's death mom got the property? As I cud c her name in share certificate of society... I Wana know all this because my mom Wana make will in which she Wana give me house after her death... And not to other siblings..... Pls tell me if my mom's name isthere on share certificate of society ,does it means property of my dad's after his death got transferred to my mom..... I wanaknow this as iheard after father's death Al children are equally liable to get property... Pls tell me so that me nmy mom can make will
Yes all parties will have equal right but if your all siblings are giving up their right then in such situation she can make draft the will. she can give up her right in your favour. Also if her name is on record she can transfer the same in your side with no release deed of others.
