Respected sir, kindly I want to know the advice to take action against my society committee for decl

Respected sir, kindly I want to know the advice to take action against my society committee for declared us defaulter for only one month due balance maintenance with other defaulter who really defaulter of non paid maintenance since before six months.l opposed in my last special general body meeting for the bad effect of my good will but they didn't able to reply me for my issue. Chairman said I don't know , secretary also unknown for the same.so what can I do for the same .? They also pasted list in society for declaration in all surrounded area of my shopping mall. For the reason my good will also decrease and so many shop keepers told me about the matter. I have big showroom in prime location at my shopping mall for bridal wear and designer wear etc.so please let me know or advice me for legal action against committee.as per my knowledge they did this bad job purposely they all know this business.
