Abt property of grandfathers. How to take grandfathers property if he

Property is on grandfathers name, which is not divided yet among sons, so if grandfathers and their sons died thn grandchildrens wil get that property?

I am assuming that you are governed by the law prevailing in the state of Goa as regards to succession. If that is the case the property of grandfather gets inherited by the sons upon his death and by the grandsons upon their fathers death. The two ways one can get the property in case of inheritance is either by going in for an inventory proceedings or a Deed of succession
