POSH CHECK helps every organization, be it Public Limited Company, Private Limited Company, Limited Liability Partnership, Partnership Firms, Association, Society, Trust, Proprietorship or even an and NGO irrespective of size, to comply with the POSH rules by providing the following services: drafting an internal POSH policy, constituting an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), conducting training and orientation programs for the ICC members, conducting training and awareness programmes for employees, publication of names and contact details of the ICC members at the workplace, and conducting ICC meetings and submitting annual reports to the authority at the district level.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the terms of use. You understand and agree that the service is provided “AS-IS” and that POSH CHECK assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
