Wife entered my parents home forcefully. Not ready to leave now

09-Jan-2023 (In Muslim Law Law)
I got married on Jan 2020, 2 years after getting engaged in March 2018. During this period my wife hid her educational details from me. I realised this after marriage, when confronted, she and her parents started pinning things on me stating I have virility issues and blackmailed me, defamed me, spread out intimate moments etc etc. Wife left on 18th March to her parents home. Tried reconciliation, on 5 occasions inc. bharosa cell counselling. Din reach a conclusion. I was fed up with the attitude and threats and decided to file for divorce. She, on 28th Dec 2020 forcefully entered my parents flat along with 15-20 people and now is not ready to leave the property. Been harassing them mentally since. Is there ANY way I can evict her from that place? I don’t stay there. Also, I have sent her a notice of talaq nama as my marriage was done as per Muslim law only (nikah nama).

if you were living separate from your parents even after your marriage and now she has forcefully entered into their residence then in my opinion your parents may file complaint before nearest police station.
